With this piece, I wanted to explore the joy of being trans. So many depictions of trans folks in media focus on their pain and struggles. There’s little time focused on any of the positives.

There’s so much beauty in the lives of our trans siblings and I wanted to depict just a little of it in this piece.

This is one of the first linocuts I ever made and one of my favorites. I hope she can bring you some joy as well.
